Even if you have "less then perfect credit," Arizona Wholesale Mortgage, Inc. is licensed to provide our clients with FHA loans.  FHA loans are essentially first time homebuyer programs, although you don't have to be a first time homebuyer to qualify for an FHA mortgage. 

The most difficult qualification for most first time homebuyers is coming up with a down payment.  Zero down loans are ideal for first time homebuyers, but many banks do not offer them.

Arizona Wholesale Mortgage does offer zero-down loans for first time homebuyers who would like conventional loans.  However, if you want an FHA loan and you don't have the 3% down payment that you need for an FHA loan, Arizona Wholesale Mortgage, Inc. works with many national charities that will provide the down payment for you!

Oftentimes, first time homebuyers do not have the necessary funds for closing costs. Arizona Wholesale Mortgage, Inc. has loan programs that have zero closing costs in addition to "zero down".  Also, we will try to work with your Realtor to see if it can be arranged to have the seller pay the closing costs for you.  This is very common.
