The National Wholesale Mortgage Pledge:

1.  To be completely honest with our mortgage clients from the very beginning.  We believe in the Golden Rule: We treat our mortgage clients as we would expect to be treated.  In fact, our branch manager, Karen George, was honored as a Golden Rule Citizen by the Arizona Secretary of State, Janice K. Brewer.

2.  No closing surprises!  When we provide a Good Faith Estimate to our clients, the interest rate and the closing costs provided on that "estimate" will never change at signing.  Our Good Faith Estimate will remain the same through closing and we guarantee it.  If something is wrong at the closing table, we will fix it at the closing table.

3.  We will always present our best offer right from the start.  You don't have to "bargain" with us like you would from other lenders.  We're mortgage loan professionals, not salespeople.  We put our best offer on the table right from the beginning.  We don't believe that consumers should feel unsure as to whether or not they are getting a proper and fair deal.  One low rate, right from the start. 

4.  National Wholesale Mortgage will donate $200 from every loan that we fund to breast cancer research.

5.  If you are looking to refinance, we will lock in a rate for you.  However, if rates drop before you close, we will provide a new lock with the new lower rate.  In other words, you won't be stuck with 6.25%, if rates drop to 6%.  Ask other mortgage companies if they will do that for you!

6.  We promise to search the country to find the lowest rates for our clients.  We are brokered with over 100 wholesale lenders.  We constantly monitor all of our wholesale lenders to make sure we can offer our clients the best rates in the country.

7. To operate under the principals of an UpFront Mortgage Broker.

* National Wholesale Mortgage has been conducting mortgage business in Arizona for over ten years.  Up until year 2006, we had been known as Arizona Wholesale Mortgage, Inc. 

However, after expanding our mortgage company into New Mexico, Colorado, Iowa, California, Wyoming, and Utah (and as we continue to expand), we thought it wise to change our name to National Wholesale Mortgage.National Wholesale Mortgage has many branches and each is independently operated.  That means that when you call (877) 551-8188, you are dealing specifically with the Karen George branch - one of the company's older branches.

The Karen George branch is the only branch of National Wholesale Mortgage that is a member of the Better Business Bureau.  Also, we are proud to say that we've never had a single complaint from any consumer ever!
